Michael Kraemer is widely considered the pioneer of the Freelance Management System (FMS) model as related to IT field service.
Kraemer founded his first company, Rollouts, Inc., in 1997, utilizing a variable cost contractor labor model to perform large scale deployments for OEMs like VeriFone, Fujitsu, and NCR.
Since Rollouts, Kraemer has founded and/or served as executive management for several companies in the same space, including iTechnicians.net, Technician Bureau, Field Solutions, and BlueRibbon Credentials.
Today, Kraemer mainly serves as a consultant to large OEMs and service companies attempting to improve their field service model, whether for quality or cost, or both.
